CB Radio Live Terms of Service

CB Radio Live is operated by Bertram Technology Solutions, LLC ("BTS," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or using CB Radio Live, you agree to these Terms.

Pay Attention To The Road

CB Radio Live is not a driving safety system, emergency service, dispatch service, navigation system, or substitute for paying attention. Bertram Technology Solutions, LLC is not responsible or liable for crashes, collisions, injuries, deaths, property damage, citations, fines, losses, or other harm arising from distracted driving, unsafe driving, unlawful use, or failure to pay attention while using CB Radio Live.

Not For Emergencies

Do not rely on CB Radio Live for emergency communication. In an emergency, call the appropriate emergency number for your location.

User Conduct

Do not use CB Radio Live to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, stalk, dox, defraud, transmit unlawful content, coordinate illegal activity, upload nudity or explicit sexual imagery as a profile picture, or violate anyone's rights. Profile-picture uploads are subject to automated moderation and may be rejected or removed.

Availability

The service is provided as is and as available. Features may change, pause, degrade, or be discontinued.

Ownership And Intellectual Property

CB Radio Live—including its software and source and object code, architecture, features, user interface, visual design, graphics, logos, branding, documentation, website content, and other materials created for the service—is owned by or licensed to Bertram Technology Solutions, LLC, excluding user content and third-party materials. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Bertram Technology Solutions, LLC and its licensors.

"CB Radio Live," its logos, and related branding are trademarks or service marks of Bertram Technology Solutions, LLC. Subject to these Terms, BTS grants you only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app for its intended purpose. No ownership interest is transferred to you.

Except where applicable law does not allow the restriction, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works from, scrape, or commercially exploit any portion of CB Radio Live without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of content you provide and grant BTS a limited license to transmit, process, display, and use it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve CB Radio Live and comply with law.

Organization Subscriptions

Business accounts are free unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Sponsored-pin subscriptions, Charlie advertising packages, and On Air time are billed through Stripe and are separate from consumer app-store subscriptions. Pin subscriptions renew until canceled. Charlie advertising auto-renewal occurs only when the business explicitly opts in and may be disabled from the business dashboard. Their plan limits, inventory, onboarding, included usage, approved overages, setup work, renewal, and cancellation terms are governed by the purchase description and any written agreement provided at purchase.

Dispatch features are for non-emergency communication. They do not replace emergency services, a public-safety system, or a qualified human dispatcher. Charlie must not be relied on for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or dispatch decisions.

Advertising And Paid Programming

Sponsored pins, advertisements, sponsorships, and On Air programming are subject to review, scheduling, geographic availability, technical requirements, applicable law, and mandatory platform policies. Payment does not guarantee publication of illegal, fraudulent, threatening, exploitative, impersonating, infringing, or otherwise prohibited material. Paid content may be labeled as sponsored or paid programming.

Advertisers represent that they have all rights and permissions needed for submitted names, marks, artwork, links, scripts, recordings, music, voices, offers, and claims. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content and destination pages.
